• Illinois Lions’ Camps
  • Camp Lions provides a safe environment to enjoy the great outdoors, make new friends, and have FUN while expanding their independence & personal self-confidence.
  • For kids age 7 to 17, with significant vision and/or hearing loss.
  • Camp Lions is free, but a $15 deposit is required (for your child to use at the camp store, and is returned if not used)
  • Various dates and locations throughout the state of Illinois
• Chicago Park District’s ‘Camp Sign’
  • A day camp for deaf and hard of hearing kids, ages 6-12.
  • 11:30am-6pm, Monday-Friday

• Aspen Camp School for the Deaf
  • The mission of Aspen Camp School for the Deaf (ACSD) is to provide enriching and effective educational and recreational experiences for Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals. Also, ACSD aspires to increase public awareness and sensitivity toward deafness.
  • The purpose of Aspen Camp School for the Deaf is to develop and motivate a sense of self-confidence, independence, and pride in personal accomplishments; to develop self-reliance; to encourage a network of sharing with others; and to recognize each individual’s abilities as participating members of society. Also, ACSD can provide assistance and resources to those who care for Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals.
• Indiana Deaf Camps Foundation
  • Deaf Camps were built out of the love and dedication of one woman, our camps Founder Mrs. Grace E. Nunery, and many faithful individual and corporate donors. The camps continue to operate entirely on donations.
• Camp Mark 7
  • Camp Mark Seven is a lakefront recreational, educational & leadership camp in the Adirondack Mountains in Old Forge, New York. Diverse programs are offered for Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing & hearing individuals of all ages.
• Desales Center’s Holley Family Village
  • During the summer months and from time to time throughout the year, Holley Ear Institute offers quality programs for deaf and hard of hearing people and their families.
• NAD Youth Leadership Camp
  • The NAD Youth Leadership Camp (NAD YLC) is an annual four-week summer program designed to foster leadership and teamwork skills in deaf and hard of hearing high school students. During the program, campers have the opportunity to acquire and develop their knowledge, social interaction, and leadership skills through hands-on activities focusing on literacy – and much more. Campers often develop close friendships with each other that endure beyond the camp itself and even high school.
• National Leadership and Literacy Camp
  • The National Leadership and Literacy Camp (NLLC) fosters intellectual and personal growth and development through activities that embrace the social, physical, intellectual, communicative and emotional (SPICE) domains of learning and becoming.
  • The mission of this program is to prepare each child, through a challenging learning environment, for a meaningful and productive life in a competitive and ever-changing world.
  • Daily program activities are carefully planned so as to develop a social-educational climate specific to the development of basic personal autonomy, appropriate future aspirations and positive participation in society.
• NTID/RIT Tech Girlz (for 8th-grade girls)
  • Deaf and hard-of-hearing girls who are entering 8th grade in September, and who are interested in science, technology, engineering, and math can attend Tech Girlz at Rochester Institute of Technology’s National Technical Institute for the Deaf.
