I am pleased to share some exciting news about a new fundraising program for Guide By Your Side, a parent to parent support and mentoring program for families whose children are deaf and hard of hearing. The “Scrip” gift card program gives back to non-profit organizations a percentage from the gift cards purchased by you.
Your participation in the program will increase our ability to help parents through their journey of raising a child with hearing loss. And, there is no extra cost to you. You simply purchase gift cards by ordering online at www.shopwithscrip.com. You set up an account for yourself, choose to pay by presto pay and enter the following code – ED2CCL6419145 so that your purchase will come back to Guide By Your Side. Once your gift cards are purchased, we will mail them to you, and we will receive your donation directly from the Scrip program. Please be advised that setting up a presto pay account takes approximately 2-3 days so please plan appropriately.
Attached is a list of retailers who participate in the Scrip program. You can purchase gift cards for yourself, such as Shell to buy gas, or The Gap for your clothing shopping. Or, you can buy gift cards to give as gifts from stores such as LL Bean or restaurants like TGI Fridays, or the new American Express Gift Card to be used anywhere. Either way, you will be donating to a program that needs your support.
