On January 24th & 25th Illinois Hands & Voices hosted our 4th annual “Mom’s Night Inn”. It was a fabulous event of sharing and networking with 35 mom’s of deaf/hard of hearing children. There were presentations, group sharing, dinner, manicures, massages, crafts and of course chocolate! On Sunday a deaf panel of professionals shared their journey and experiences growing up deaf and hard of hearing and the choices they made along the way. We want to thank everyone who participated in this event and look forward to hosting our next “Mom’s Night Inn” event next year.
